    HaiShi offers on-site services for our supplier clients. Resident engineers are
    assigned to OEMs based on our clients requirements. Our resident engineers
    maintain a working response of 24/7. They can help clients to verify and
    analyze defective parts, follow quality issues and maintain regular
    communication with OEMs. Their rapid actions and efficient support are
    aimed to improve customer satisfaction for our clients.

  • Engineering support

    HaiShi provides engineering support for clients in the early stages of projects,
    which includes launch support, PPAP tracking, assessment validation, etc.
    With great individual engineering backgrounds in multiple sectors, HaiShi
    has the capabilities to establish a joint team to meet any specific requirement
    provided to us.

  • Technical Consulting

    HaiShi provides full support services through our external experts and academic
    partners. HaiShi has the ability to conduct: lightweight materials research,
    laboratory test and bench test. We can also provide technical support for
    electronic components.

  • Logistics Management

    HaiShi can provide external warehousing and corresponding services which
    include: assembling, shipping & freight, prototype building, labeling and repackaging, storage and inventory management.

  • Quality Inspection/Rework

    HaiShi has a team of trained and highly capable inspectors. As per clients
    demands, HaiShi can quickly organise inspection or rework activities.

  • Services for new-energy vehicles

    HaiShi is currently providing the following services for new-energy vehicles: OBC software update, quality firewall for battery housing, analysis of battery modules, battery test system and warranty analysis.
